  1. Cook Polenta in slightly salted water. Add in butter. Stir it well. When all water disappeared, add in feta cheese and lowfat sour cream but don't stir to well, and don't cook it anymore. The cheese and the lowfat sour cream shouldn't be blended in the polenta, but vaguely mixed in. Before serving heat it up in the oven, sprinkle freshly minced dill on top. This is a delicious dish!
  2. You can also top it with fried onions: slice large purple or possibly white onions in thin rings, fry them without anything in warm oil or possibly butter till dark brown and crisp, drain it, salt it and sprinkle on the polenta.
