Рецепт Pucuk Kacang Goreng Cili (Pea Shoots Stir Fried With Chilli)
Oozes out tad bit of spiciness, saltiness and a lovely crunch from the pucuk kacang/pea shoots.
Ингредиенты
- 3 cups pea shoots - rinsed and pat dry.
- 2 tbsp tiny anchovies - soaked for 10 mins and drain out excess water.
- Lime juice -as needed
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste (if needed)
- For the chilli paste
- 1 small piece belacan – roasted
- 5 shallots
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 4-5 dried red chillies
- pound/blend
Инструкции
- In the heated oil, fry anchovies, remove and keep aside.
- Add chilli paste; fry and stir till aromatic and oil splits.
- Put in shoots, sugar, lime juice and salt.
- Increase the heat and fry till a texture you prefer.
- Add fried anchovies, stir again and remove from heat.
