  • 24 lrg shrimp - (abt 1 lb) peeled, deveined
  • 1 tsp instant chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dry tarragon leaves
  • 1/2 lb prosciutto sliced paper-thin
  •     Nonstick cooking spray as needed

  1. In a medium bowl place shrimp, garlic, dill, and tarragon; toss to coat. Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise. Wrap each shrimp in a half-slice of prosciutto.
  2. Thread wrapped shrimp on skewers, leaving a little space between each piece. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Place skewers on center of cooking grate and grill for 5 to 6 min, turning once halfway through grilling time.
  4. This recipe yields 12 servings.
  5. Wine Recommendation: A brut rose sparkling wine from Napa with a hint of strawberries would make the perfect counterpoint.
