- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 4 ounce unsweetened baking cocoa pwdr
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Place the butter and lowfat milk into a small saucepan. Heat slowly over low heat till the butter is completely melted. Remove from heat, and stir in the powdered sugar, cocoa pwdr, and vanilla. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil, parchment or possibly waxed paper, and have the lining overhang the edges of the pan by about an inch. Butter the lining. Press the fudge mix into the prepared pan, cover with additional foil or possibly paper so which the fudge does not dry out. Refrigeratetill cold sufficient to handle, but do not let it get too cool or possibly it will be difficult to cut. Remove from the pan by lifting the lining carefully. Remove the lining, and cut into squares.
