Ingredients: 2 c. Sifted all-purpose flour; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 1/2 c. Cocoa; 3 tsp Baking pwdr; 3/4 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Each cloves,nutmeg,cinnamon; And allspice; 3/4 c. Shortening; 1/2 c. Lowfat milk; 1 c. Cool mashed potatoes; 3 x Large eggs; 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1/4 tsp Lemon extract; 1/2 c. Raisins; 1/2 c. Nuts

Ингредиенты

2 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa
3 tsp Baking pwdr
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Each cloves,nutmeg,cinnamon

3/4 c. Shortening
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
1 c. Cool mashed potatoes
3 x Large eggs
1Â 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Lemon extract
1/2 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Nuts

Инструкции

Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking pwdr, salt and spices. Cut shortening into flour mix until fine as cornmeal. Add in all at once lowfat milk, pototoes, unbeaten Large eggs and flavoring. Beat until smooth. Beat in nuts and raisins. Pour into a large well-greased angel cake pan. Bake at 350F for 70 min or possibly until done. Cold about 10 min. Remove from pan.
