- 3 x to 4 fresh portobello mushrooms
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. minced onion
- 4 x to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

- Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserve for other use. Place caps on a plate with the gills up. In a small bowl, combine the oil, onion, garlic and vinegar. Pour mixtureevenly over the mushroom caps and let stand for 1 hour. Grill over warm grill for 10 min. Serve immediately.
