  • 3 x to 4 fresh portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 4 x to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Инструкции

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserve for other use. Place caps on a plate with the gills up. In a small bowl, combine the oil, onion, garlic and vinegar. Pour mixtureevenly over the mushroom caps and let stand for 1 hour. Grill over warm grill for 10 min. Serve immediately.
  2. Yield: 4 Servings
