- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr

- (Recipe for a 7 pound crown roast/16 ribs)
- Jean Pare.
- Combine all ingredients and rub into roast. For a crown roast, place in roaster, bone ends down. Cover and roast at 325 F for 2 hrs. Stuff with following recipe. Return to oven and roast till temp reaches 170 F, about 1.5 hrs more.
- ** Note: when I made the crown roast to these times, it was so tender which the rib bones fell out as I removed it from the pan. It tasted wonderful anyway.
