Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. 4 or possibly 7 grain cereal; 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk; 1/2 c. raisins, craisins or possibly other dry fruit minced to raisin size; 2/3 c. shortening; 1 x egg; 2 c. flour; 2/3 c. sugar; 4 tsp baking pwdr; 1 tsp salt

Ингредиенты

2Â 1/2 c. 4 or possibly 7 grain cereal
2Â 1/4 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. raisins, craisins or possibly other dry fruit minced to raisin size
2/3 c. shortening
1 x egg
2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
4 tsp baking pwdr
1 tsp salt

Инструкции

Combine lowfat milk and cereal. Let stand about 10 min and then add in raisins.
Add in shortening and egg; beat well. Stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt. add in to cereal mix. Stir only till combined. Fill sprayed muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400* for 25-30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
