- Garlic pwdr, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 can tomatoes, (16 ounce.)
- 2 can Rotel tomatoes
- 2 can enchilada sauce
- 2 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can black olives sliced
- 1 x wide egg noodles, (16 ounces)
- 2 lb Velveeta cheese

- Brown grnd beef, green bell peppers and onion together and drain. Cook noodles; heat cheese and mix together rest of ingredients in. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
- Makes three 9x12-inch pans. Can be frzn.
