Ingredients: 3 stk butter; 2 c. sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; 4 x Large eggs; 1 lb brown sugar; 4 c. flour; 2 tsp baking pwdr; 2 tsp baking soda; 2 c. cornflakes; 2 c. oatmeal; 1 c. coconut; 1 c. nuts, minced; 1 c. chocolate chips

Ингредиенты

3 stk butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 x Large eggs
1 lb brown sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp baking pwdr
2 tsp baking soda
2 c. cornflakes
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, minced
1 c. chocolate chips

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar. Add in vanilla, Large eggs, and brown sugar. Mix together well. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, and baking soda. Beat into creamed mix. Stir in with large spoon, cornflakes, oatmeal, coconut, nuts, and chocolate chips. Bake on bright shiny baking pans (this does make a big difference) 10 - 12 min. Cold; remove from pans. Can substitute peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips etc.
