- 1/2 c. Unsweetened frzn pineapple
- Â Â Juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2Â 1/2 c. White flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr

- In a large mixing bowl beat together butter (or possibly shortening), Large eggs, pineapple juice concentrate, and water till thoroughly blended. Add in flour, baking soda, and baking pwdr; beat just till blended.
- Spoon mix evening into a 9" x 5" oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean. Cold on a wire rack.
