Ингредиенты
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. cherries
- 1 sliced & peeled orange
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or possibly to taste
- 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. cream, lightly whipped
Инструкции
- Drain pineapple and cherries. Peel orange, then free sections from membranes. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix with fruit and salt, mix in beaten cream, stirring lightly. Pack in ice tray and freeze in the freezer. Check every so often, as you don't want to freeze completely. Serve before fruit is frzn completely.
