- 1 lg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 can Pet lowfat milk, chilled
- Graham cracker crust
Инструкции
- Mix Jello and boiling water until dissolved. Chill.
- When the Jello is set, beat it until it becomes smooth again.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- Add in beaten Jello to cream cheese.
- Beat Pet lowfat milk until it's thick.
- Mix into cream cheese.
- Add in pineapple.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Chill well before serving.
