- 4 quart. basket of sweet banana peppers

- Wash peppers and cut into strips, throw away seeds.
- Put peppers in warm water on stove for 3 min. Drain, then in cool water for 10 min. Drain.
- Pack in jars. I use one Hungarian Warm pepper to each jar. Cut top and bottom of pepper off. Don't REMOVE SEEDS. The warm pepper gives them a tangy taste.
- Bring to boil 3 min.
