- 4 c. water
- 2 c. apple cider vinegar (5% acidity)
- 1 c. sugar
Инструкции
- Bring to a rolling boil. Pour over warm prepared beets. Seal immediately. "Brine" makes sufficient for about 8 pints (it can be saved for future use). To prepare beets - wash thoroughly. Don't cut root off. Leave 1 inch stem. Don't cut beet for it will bleed. Cook washed beets till soft, skins will slip off. Pack in clean warm jars. Pour brine over SEAL. For best seal use lids and rings. Complete one jar at a time.
