- 1 lb butter softened
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1Â 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1Â 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 c. flour
- 1 pkt semisweet chocolate chips - (12 ounce)
- 3 c. minced macadamia nuts

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease two cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl cream together butter, Large eggs, vanilla extract and sugars.
- In another bowl sift together baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and flour till well mixed. Add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing till blended. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 min.
