Рецепт Peanut Butter Turkey

I was pleasantly surprised when I made this as the sauce tasted so much more gorgeous than I expected it to be! It doesn't have a particularly strong peanut butter taste, but combined with the yogurt makes a creamy subtle nutty flavour.

This was pretty good. It is not something I will fix often, but it's good for a change. The best part was that my daughter ate it and my husband liked it. My son ate it as well...but he's not as picky as the other two. I forgot to add the coriander though, not sure if that would have made a big difference or not, and I didn’t have any peanut oil, so I had to use veggie oil, also not sure that it made that big of a difference.

Thanks Anne - the groundnut/peanut oil doesn't make much difference to using veggie oil - groundnut just happens to be the oil I usually keep in my storecupboard! But coriander definitely adds something extra to the dish, especially if stirred in fresh at the end. Glad to hear it got the thumbs up from the family though!

Thanks Brian, yes it was so much more yummier than I thought it'd be, really surprised me, haha. I prefer cooking with turkey because it's healthier and doesn't dry out as much as chicken does.
