- 1 x Egg white
- 1 lb Powdered sugar
- 3 tsp Condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Or possibly more peanut butter

- Beat egg white till very stiff. Mix sufficient sifted sugar and lowfat milk in egg white to make consistency of pie dough. Roll about 1/4-inch thick and spread with peanut butter. Roll like jelly roll and cut in pcs.
