- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (72% cacao), chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- Meringue:
- 1/2 cup plus 10 tablespoons sugar
- 10 teaspoons water
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup salted peanuts
