- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 slices bread
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter

- Blend peanut butter, honey, and salt. Place about 2 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter-honey mix between 2 slices of bread to make a sandwich. Combine egg and lowfat milk. Soak sandwiches in egg mix. Heat butter in a baking pan or possibly frying pan. Bake sandwiches at 400 degrees (warm oven) about 40 min. Turn sandwiches to brown both sides. Or possibly cook slowly in frying pan on top of range. Makes 4 servings.
