- 2 c. vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1 c. peach nectar
- 1/2 tsp almond extract

- Spray springform pan,9x3 inches, with non-stick cooking spray Cook apple juice about 2 min, stirring occasionally, till gelatin is dissolved. Place gelatin mix and remaining ingredients in blender.
