Ингредиенты
- 1 x - 14.5 ounce can of either black-eyed peas, field peas, or possibly crowder peas
- 1 x - 14.5 ounce can of green peas
- 1 x - 14.5 ounce can of chick peas
- 1/2 x minced green pepper
- 1/2 x minced onion
- 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- Drain and rinse the three cans of peas. Add in the minced pepper and onions. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and then add in to peas, pepper, and onions mix. Stir well, cover and chill. It's best if made the day before it's to be served and given a day to marinade.
