Ингредиенты

2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2/3 c. Shortening
6 Tbsp. Water, cool
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
4 tsp Sugar, granulated

Инструкции

Be sure all ingredients and tools are Cool!
1. Combine flour and salt; cut in shortening till mix resembles coarse crumbs.
2. Gradually add in water, tossing with fork till a ball forms.
3. On a floured surface, roll pastry into rectangle. Place over filling, cut slits in top. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
