Ingredients: 3 Tbsp. Butter; 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil; 1 x Shallot minced; 1 stalk celery minced; 6 x To 7 ounce crab meat; 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste; 4 ounce Tomato sauce (canned); 1 c. Sparkling white wine; 1 x Flavor cube (fish flavor if possible); Salt and pepper to taste; 12 ounce Pasta cooked according to directions

Ингредиенты

3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 x Shallot minced
1 stalk celery minced
6 x To 7 ounce crab meat
1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
4 ounce Tomato sauce (canned)
1 c. Sparkling white wine
1 x Flavor cube (fish flavor if possible)
Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
12 ounce Pasta cooked according to directions

Инструкции

Heat butter in oil and sautee shallot and celery till translucent/soft. Add in paste and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add in flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add in crab and cook for 5 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over warm pasta.
