- 1/4 kg pasta,any kind you want (I used fussilli tricolori)
- 200g ham
- 100g shredded cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 5 tomatoes
- salt
- black pepper
- parsley
Инструкции
- 1.Boil pasta,and drain them.
- 2.Chop the onion and stew in hot oil,add sliced garlic.tomayo peeled cubes,parsley and chopped ham and boil slow.
- 3.Add salt,pepper.
- 4.Put pasta on a plate (a bowl),pour sauce on them,add shredded cheese and serve.
