  • 1/4 kg pasta,any kind you want (I used fussilli tricolori)
  • 200g ham
  • 100g shredded cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 5 tomatoes
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley

  1. 1.Boil pasta,and drain them.
  2. 2.Chop the onion and stew in hot oil,add sliced garlic.tomayo peeled cubes,parsley and chopped ham and boil slow.
  3. 3.Add salt,pepper.
  4. 4.Put pasta on a plate (a bowl),pour sauce on them,add shredded cheese and serve.
