Ингредиенты
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 15 gm Butter, (1/2 ounce)
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 x Red pepper, sliced
- 250 gm Pack 5 cheese tortellini
- 1 x 70 grams pac pancetta, cubed
- 1 x 142 millilit single cream, (5 fl ounce)
- 1 tsp Cornflour with a little cool water
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Инструкции
- Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan, add in the onion and cook for 5-6 min.
- Add in the pepper and cook for a further 10 min, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the pasta following pack instructions.
- Add in the pancetta to the onion and pepper mix and cook for 5-6 min.
- Pour in the cream, blended cornflour and add in seasoning to taste. Cook for a further 2 - 3 min.
- Drain the tortellini, add in to the pancetta mix and stir well to combine.
- Serve immediately
- NOTES : A delicious blend of cheeses combined with pasta - a lovely quick supper dish for 2. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
