- 1 1/2 lb Fish fillets * see note
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
- 1 med Carrot sliced
- 1 med Lemon sliced
- 1 pch Thyme
- 1 sm Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Dry white wine
- 1/8 c. French vermouth
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
Инструкции
- * Note: Good with all white-meated fish.
- In greased baking dish, combine onions, carrots, lemon, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Add in fillets. Add in wine and vermouth. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm in baking dish.
- Suggested Wine: A chilled dry white wine: Bordeaux Graves; etc.
