- 1 c. Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1Â 1/2 x Loaves frzn bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted

- Grease a bundt pan or possibly tube pan. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cheese, herbs and garlic pwdr. Divide the thawed dough into 24 pcs (16 pcs from the whole loaf and 8 pcs from the half loaf). Dip each piece of dough into the melted butter to coat well, then roll the in the cheese/herb mix to coat well. Place each coated piece into the bundt pan to create an even layer. Let the dough rise, in the pan, till doubled in size. Bake at 375 for 30-40 min or possibly till golden brown on top. Remove from the pan immediately and cold on a wire rack.
