Ингредиенты

  • 18 lb Lean pork
  • 6 lb Pork fat
  • 2 ounce Sage
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Have meat grnd fine (twice is not too much). Combine all ingredients. Mix well with hands. Shape into patties and fry in skillet.
