Ингредиенты
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 T sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 T melted butter
- 1 lg egg
- 2 c buttermilk
Инструкции
- Sift together all dry ingredients.
- In a seperate bowl, mix together butter, egg and buttermilk.
- Gently stir in milk mixture to dry ingredients until just wet. Batter will be lumpy.
- Pour 1/2 c batter onto an electric skillet or griddle set at 250.
- Turn when the edges start to form bubbles and the pancake has browned. About 4 minutes.
- Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve warm or cool completely and freeze for a quick weekday breakfast.
