Ингредиенты

1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 x Large eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 c. flour
4 c. fresh apples, pared and diced
2 tsp vanilla
Â Â nuts, optional

Инструкции

Cream oil, sugar and Large eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Combine the two mixtures and odd apples and vanilla. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan 40 to 50 min in a 350 degree oven.
