- 1 lb Pkg. of ox tail (or possibly reg. stew meat)
- 4 x Diced potatoes
- 4 piece celery, sliced
- 1/2 pkt Frzn corn
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 lrg Onion, diced
- 4 x Carrots, sliced
- 1 can Whole stewed tomatoes
- Â Â Salt & pepper
- Â Â Macaroni (opt.)
- Â Â Frzn sliced okra (opt.)
Инструкции
- Preparation : Boil meat in 2 qts water till meat is tender. Add in potatoes, onion, celery and carrots. When these vegetables are almost done, add in corn, tomatoes and tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Continue cooking over medium fire till flavor is well blended. If desired macaroni in your stew, add in when you add in frzn corn. If desired okra, add in after all remaining vegetables are done. Serve with warm cornbread or possibly saltine crackers.
