- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 12 ounce Orecchiette or possibly shell pasta
- 1 lb Broccoli rabe, trimmed and minced
- 2/3 c. Freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1/3 c. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- Heat oil in small saucepan over medium heat. Add in garlic and saute/fry about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water till beginning to soften, stirring occasionally, about 8 min. Add in broccoli rabe and cook till pasta is just tender but still hard to bite, about 3 min. Drain.
- Transfer pasta and broccoli rabe to large bowl. Pour garlic oil over.
- Sprinkle with cheeses and toss to coat.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
