Ingredients: 1/3 c. Butter or possibly chicken fat; 2 Tbsp. Minced onion; 1/2 tsp Dry savory; 1 quart Bread crumbs; 1/2 tsp Salt - (to 3/4 tspn); 1 c. Orange slices; Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Ингредиенты

1/3 c. Butter or possibly chicken fat
2 Tbsp. Minced onion
1/2 tsp Dry savory
1 quart Bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Salt - (to 3/4 tspn)
1 c. Orange slices
Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Инструкции

Heat fat and cook onion in it for a few min; soften, don't brown. Add in savory, crumbs, salt, and orange, and mix well but lightly. Season with pepper to taste.
