- 4-5 orange
- 1 1/2 cups of Vanilla ice cream
- 3-4 tbsp of sugar
- 2 Cardmom powdered

- Combine the orange peices, sugar, vanilla ice-cream,cardmom and blend in a blender till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
- Serve chilled.
