- 4 x Skinless boneless chicken breast halves, (1lb)
- 1/3 c. Orange marmelade
- 1 Tbsp. Finely minced fresh ginger root
- 1 tsp Worshestershire Sauce
Инструкции
- Spray 10" skillet with nonstick cooking spray, heat over med-high heat.
- Cook chicken in skillet about 5 min or possibly till bottoms are brown; turn chicken. Stire in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer 10 to 15 min, stirring sauce occasionally, till sauce is thickend and juice of chicken is no longer pink when center of thickest pcs are cut. Cut chicken into thin slices. Spoon sauce over chicken.
