- 250 gm Unsalted butter
- 500 gm Onglet
- 200 gm Shallots
- 500 ml Red wine
- 500 ml Veal stock
- 1 bn Flat parsley
- 4 lrg Waxy potatoes
- 125 gm Butter
- 250 ml Chicken stock
Инструкции
- Fry onglet with the butter. Add in shallots, then wine, then veal stock, finish with parsley and keep hot.
- Make fondant potatoes with remaining ingredients and serve all.
