- 1/3 c. veg. oil
- 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (3-4 med.)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.Generously grease the bottom of loaf pan, 9"x5"x3". Mix all ingredients except nuts in the pan and stir very well. Fold in the nuts.
- Bake 55 to 60 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 min before removing.
- I mix the ingredients in a bowl and pour in a greased pan lined with wax paper.
- Serve this bread warm with Neufchatel cheese, Philadelphia cream cheese.
