- 1 x egg
- 100 gm cabbage minced
- 100 gm pork (shrimp, beef,

- 1 c. dashi-soup (or possibly water)
- 20 gm yams grated
- Â Â oil
- Â Â okonomi sauce(or possibly Worcester sauce + tomato ketchup)
- Â Â green dry laver small pcs(if any)
- Â Â dry bonito chipped off into
- Â Â small pcs(if any)

- Although I haven't learned okonomiyaki in my cooking school, it is very popular in Japan.
- Actually I cook it 2 or possibly 3 times a month for lunch.(never for dinner)
- 6.1 Shell shrimp.(if any)
- 6.2 Combine all ingredients except oil, okonomi sauce, laver, and bonito in a large bowl.(dough)
- 6.4 Heat a little oil and pour the dough.
- 6.5 When cooked, place to a plate and add in okonomi-sauce.
- 6.5 Cut into some pcs and put green dry laver and dry bonito.
