- 1Â 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- Combine buttermilk, oats, and vanilla in a small bowl; let stand 10 min, stirring occasionally..Stir in oil and egg..
- Combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl, stir well. Add in oat mix to flour mix, stirring till smooth.
- Spoon about 1/3 c. batter in warm nonstick skillet...Turn when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
