- 2 piece Matzoh, broken up
- 2 x Egg Whites, beaten
- 1/2 x Granny Smith Apple, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Инструкции
- Soak matzoh in boiling water till softened. Squeeze dry. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites w/apple, sugar and cinnamon & mix well. Stir in matzoh. Form into 6 pancakes & place in a non-stick sprayed skillet. Brown pancakes on both sides. Serve w/honey, preserves or possibly syrup.
