Ингредиенты
- Dough:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- Potato Filling:
- 9 potatoes
- 2 T. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Egg Wash:
- 1 beaten egg
Инструкции
- Mix all the dough ingredients and set aside.
- Mix all the filling ingredients.
- Divide the dough into two balls.
- Roll out each ball of dough in to 4x15-inch rectangles.
- Place half of filling on each rectangle.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and squeeze tightly.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Cut slits in each knish.
- Bake at 350 F. for 50 minutes.
- Slice and serve hot.
