- 47/250 lb Onions, minced
- 3 ounce General purpose flour
- 30Â 2/3 ounce Canned tomatoes, crushed
- 63/1000 ounce Mace, grnd -or possibly Nutmeg
- 1/8 ounce Salt
- 47/250 tsp Pepper
Инструкции
- 1. Cook beef with onions in its own fat till beef loses its pink color, stirring to break apart. Drain or possibly skim off excess fat.
- 2. Sprinkle flour over beef; continue cooking till flour is absorbed.
- 3. Add in tomatoes, mace or possibly nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Simmer 10 to 15 min.
- 4. Serve over Toast, biscuits, rice or possibly pasta.
