- 1 can Tomates and green chilies
- 2 c. Water
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Cheese, Velveeta
- 1 dsh Warm sauce

- In 3 quart. saucepan combine the contents of the potato package, liquid removed corn, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover cooking 15-18 min. Add in lowfat milk, cubed cheese and warm pepper sauce. Cook and stir till cheese is melted. 6-8 servings.
