- Taco seasoning
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 c. Cheez Whiz
- Sufficient lowfat milk to make 2 c.
- Shredded lettuce
- 2 minced tomatoes
- Lowfat sour cream
- Black olives, if you like
- Nacho chips

- Brown hamburger and drain. Add in taco seasoning to taste and water; let simmer. Place mild Mexican Velveeta cheese, Cheese Whiz and sufficient lowfat milk to make 2 cups into a 2 cup measuring cup. Microwave 2-3 min on medium high stirring occasionally till cheeses are melted.Each individual may use their favorite ingredients layering in this suggested order; chips, hamburger, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, lowfat sour cream and cheese sauce.
