Ингредиенты
- 1 pack dry active yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 c lukewarm water (like the milk you'd give a baby)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c oil
- 1/3 c plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 3 c flour
Инструкции
- Proof the yeast in the water with the sugar. Should take about 5 minutes and be foamy and smell really good.
- Mix in oil, salt, yogurt and egg.
- Stir in the flour 1/2 c at a time. When it becomes too hard to stir, turn it out onto the counter and knead until it's smooth.
- Put it in a lightly oiled bowl and let it double in size.
- After it's doubled, about 45 minutes, cut into 8 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece out as you use it to a think pancake like shape.
- Cook in a hot, sprayed skillet until there are bubbles on the back side; just like a pancake.
- Flip and cook until those bubbles are brown and golden.
