- 4 x Chicken parts
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Fresh grnd pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 450 Combine all dry ingredients in a plastic bag. Wash your chicken and shake off excess water. Drop in bag and shake each piece.
- Place in a metal pan skin side down and put in preheated oven. Turn pcs over after about 20 min. Continue baking til crisp and browned.
