Ingredients: 1 c. White sugar; 1 c. Dark brown sugar; 1 c. Buttered-flavored Crisco; 2 x Large eggs, beaten; 1 c. Crunchy Jif peanut butter, (or possibly creamy can be used); 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 c. Unbleached white flour; 1 tsp Baking soda

Ингредиенты

1 c. White sugar
1 c. Dark brown sugar
1 c. Buttered-flavored Crisco
2 x Large eggs, beaten
1 c. Crunchy Jif peanut butter, (or possibly creamy can be used)
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c. Unbleached white flour
1 tsp Baking soda

Инструкции

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Sift flour and soda together and set aside.
Blend sugars and shortening together in mixer. Add in peanut butter. Mix well.
Blend in Large eggs and vanilla. Add in flour and soda. Mix well. Form into small balls and put on greased cookie sheet. Press each ball with a fork to make indentations in the dough. Bake approx.
